• Eight hours of our services, which may be utilized for mediation, one-on-one meetings, complex drafting, or meetings with your financial adviser, experts, or other professionals;

• We prepare your Petition for Divorce;

• We file your Petition for Divorce in court,
• We prepare an Answer and Waiver for your spouse;
• We file your spouse’s Answer and Waiver in court;

• We prepare your Consent Final Judgment( Martial Settlement Agreement);
• We file your Consent Final Judgment( Martial Settlement Agreement) in court;
• We prepare your Consent to Entry;
• We file your Consent to Entry in court;
• We obtain a hearing date;
• We represent you during the hearing;
• We mail you and your spouse copies of your Final Decree of Divorce;
